What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Assocate/Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations of the Redmond, WAwarehouse and office facilities, leading a small but dedicated team to keep everything moving smoothly. Job Requirements

6+ years of proven experience in logistics vendor management, logistics operations, or logistics procurement. Prior experience in developing and managing marketplace or e-commerce logistics solutions is highly preferred.

The Role:
The Warehouse Assistant Manager provides leadership, direction, training, and safety standards to all levels of staffing that support the Dining Receiving Warehouse. * Assigns tasks and monitors daily operations according to established guidelines, procedures and policies.
* Overseas organization of orders and deliveries, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
* Trains/certifies student staff in the procedures necessary for daily operations, with emphasis on safety, organization and accuracy.
* Monitor student staff during daily tasks to ensure proper safety practices are in use.
* Communicates with management to ensure student employees have necessary resources.
* Communicates information to staff on an ongoing basis to influence staff engagement and to be a part of a larger community.
* Assist management to ensure each student employee has a current food handler's permit on site, current vehicle training and proper warehouse training. Schedule food safety and sanitation training on an as-needed basis.
