Type Closing Docs
Upload Inventory Titles to the BSDB
Prioritize and Manage Workload Effectively
Respond and follow through on emails in a timely fashion.
See tasks through completion
Perform other duties, as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of office experience required; property management experience preferred.
Manufactured Housing or Vehicle Titling experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of personnel.
Ability to understand legal documents and titles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
Detail oriented, the ability to multitask, and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a valid driver's license at all times.

What You'll Do
Own overall project delivery from precon through closeout - schedule alignment, cost control, documentation, and client experience.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete so there are no late-game surprises.
Lead change management from start to finish - pricing, documentation, communication, and execution.

Strong understanding of contract documents, scopes, cost control, and change management.
Confidence running meetings, setting expectations, and driving decisions forward.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project.

Assist residents in dressing or undressing, bathing, or eating. Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathers vital signs but does not start or administer intravenous fluids.
