6. Assist in the management of desktop services enterprise-wide, including troubleshooting and problem resolution for devices like desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. This also includes the maintenance of remote control, software distribution, and virus protection services.
7. Navigates technical issues related to telehealth devices, including installation support, troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, and resolving any stakeholder issues.
8. Maintains voice and data networks by running, pulling, terminating, and splicing cables. This includes installing telecommunications equipment, following industry standards, and coordinating with contractors.
9. Manages setups, changes, and moves for on-site and remote telephones. This involves programming telephone switches, installing system and firmware updates, and maintaining backup procedures for the phone system.
10. Maintains up-to-date job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
Hours will be dependent on patient census and workload. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, to include after-hours and weekends as necessary.

Perform revenue related analyses such as contract reviews, variance analysis and SSP analysis to evaluate and monitor revenue recognition. Complete all required month-end close activities including revenue reconciliations and management reporting. • Review customer contracts to determine revenue recognition conclusions in accordance with US GAAP.
