As an Operations Analyst, you will support the Americas Architecture team and help enable Cisco's Architectures to evolve and succeed. In this critical role, you'll gain valuable insights into what drives our Architectures and the future direction of Cisco.
What You Will Do
As a member of our Americas Sales Operations team, you will:
* Provide New Year Readiness support for Americas Software and Services, assisting in preparations and process updates for the upcoming fiscal year.
* Support goaling, bookings, and pipeline reporting to ensure sales targets and progress are tracked accurately.
* Conduct sales data analysis and assist in the development of monthly business requirements documentation.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (using platforms such as Centro, Salesforce, FinBI, and HANA) to deliver actionable business insights to sales and leadership teams.
* Collaborate with SW/Svcs leaders and cross-functional teams to develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
* Support sales leaders with "run-the-business," "report-the-business," and "change-the-business" activities by providing data, reports, and operational assistance.
* Assist with compensation support activities, helping to ensure accurate and timely processing.
* Help gather business requirements, create mockups, and contribute to quarterly and monthly business reviews.
* Participate in sales enablement activities and operational efficiency projects, working closely with various stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
* BA/BS degree
* 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role
* Familiarity with Cisco Americas Sales hierarchy, forecasting, and reporting tools

The starting salary range posted for this position is $92,000.00 to $123,800.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. U.S. employees are offered benefits, subject to Cisco's plan eligibility rules, which include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco's policies:
* 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
* 1 paid day off for employee's birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco
* Non-exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
* Exempt employees participate in Cisco's flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
* 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
* Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
* Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Job Description: The Storage and Data Protection Analyst will have demonstrated experience in testing/developing virtualization in large, multi-national deployments to include the storage, network, server (applications and database) aspects and the software required to centrally manage this architecture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a virtualized Multi-Tenant Data Center and various secure hybrid Cloud Computing solutions, virtualized storage, networks, and desktops in the Pacific Theater or other theater-wide DoD deployments to include server-accelerating RAM-based VDI data storage, with server RAM as the primary storage tier and virtualized server acceleration. Develop operational checklists as required.
Manage virtual capabilities, to include the storage, network, server (applications and databases) aspects and the software required to centrally manage this architecture. Software may include VMWare vSphere, Citrix Xen, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms and extends to desktop management and deployment of the VDI otherwise referred to Thin, Zero, Multi-Level, or Trusted Thin Clients.
Manage networks, servers, and storage on SIPRNet to include configuration of said equipment to Air Force specifications. Experience should include leading a team in the seamless connection to a Virtual Desktop Environment.
Build test and training plans for Airmen to manage, the complex backend virtual environment to include Cisco's Unified Computing Systems (UCS), EMC VNX storage area network, VMware vCenter, and VMware Horizon View
Manage storage area networks (SAN) to include EMC or other brands, with the broad under-standing of other SAN leaders to include NetApp. Should possess the broad understanding of Hyper-Converged solutions such as Nutanix and EVO. Should possess a broad understanding of pure flash storage VDI-specific solutions such as Tintri and Nimble Storage.

Manage Teradici PCoIP technologies. The PCoIP compresses, encrypts and rapidly transports image pixels to PCoIP end-user devices. They in turn decrypt, decompress and display the image on a screen. Includes adding new devices, updating firmware, adding policies.
Perform daily VDI Health Checks which includes the systematic and daily monitoring of the backend infrastructure and desktop performance. This includes demonstrated proficiency with Stratusphere or like technology. Stratusphere provides the visibility required to more effectively manage desktop performance and the user experience. Stratusphere provides the visibility necessary for machine boot and login process troubleshooting and optimization, health checks, platform validation, and more streamlined management functionality of the host environment. much, much more.
Perform installation, configuration, and management of Atlantis iLio or like technology. iLio allows a datacenter to use Server RAM as primary storage as opposed to traditional storage solutions.
Manage VMWare vRealize, which provides complete visibility in one place, across applications, storage and network devices, with an open and extensible platform supported by third-party management packs. This will help enable optimum performance and availability of applications and infrastructure.
Perform first line trouble-shooting activities (if required) for installed environments in conjunction with remote enterprise technicians and local base technicians.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for the supported Command's mission planning and force protection efforts. The primary focus is two-fold: (1) identify asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities to U.S. interests in the AOR and (2) assess and monitor the internal security situation in the AOR as it pertains to force protection.
* Prepare intelligence reports and recommend courses of actions to the Government. Products include threat assessments, trend analyses, and information papers using a multidiscipline approach. The contractor shall incorporate all-source information to produce time-sensitive intelligence reports and finished intelligence products.
* Produce highly-complex all-source CI analytic production to support Army CI efforts to counter FIE threats to Army Research, Development, and Acquisitions (RDA) and Defense Critical Infrastructure worldwide; and supply chains; to include both technical and HUMINT intelligence threats.
* Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of CI-HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies. This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations.
Qualifications:
* 12 years of experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership position
* 8 full-time years as a CI-HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community role. HUMINT activities.
* 5 full-time years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.

Crypto Experience: target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification
6 of 10 yrs in crypto language processing - above (OLA 2) plus QC'ing, and mentoring
6 of 10 yrs has to be in the required language(s)
4 of 6 yrs performing crypto language processing
3 of 6 yrs simply translating, transcribing, and gisting
1 yr experience QC'ing at ILR level 3 in target language
No more than 3 of 10 yrs reporting as primary duty

Duties and Responsibilities (* denotes essential functions):
* *Develop a dashboard, with various data fields, that is relevant to program planning and easily usable by Outreach staff and faculty
* *Standardize data and reporting definitions to promote consistency across reports
* *Use commonly available date analytical tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Filemaker to transform and summarize data for analyses and official reporting.
* Research best practices at other institutions across a variety of programs
* *Collect, compile and analyze data on current and proposed new programs, including professional credit programs, non-credit programs, and online degree programs
* *Draft and write reports for a variety of audiences, including deans from colleges across campus and program directors
* *Make recommendations to the dean on types of data that should be collected for program assessment
* *Develop and apply complex qualitative and quantitative research methodologies for College program evaluation and planning
* Work closely with IT staff on the design of databases for program review
* *Protect data security and confidentiality, promote responsible data access and use and comply with government regulations and university policies related to student data privacy

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Professional Work Experience:
* Possession of a baccalaureate degree in education, statistics, psychology, sociology, public policy, political science, data sciences, business, economics, quantitative methods, research methods or a related field and 3 year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for administrative and program research analysis; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Considerable working knowledge of principles, practices and techniques in the area ofstatistical analysis methods and techniques and the ability to apply these methods and techniques to a diverse range of data and administrative systemsas demonstrated by the broad knowledge of the full range of pertinent standard and evolving concepts, principles and methodologies.
* Considerable working knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations and theories and systems associated withcontinuing education.
* Demonstrated ability to resolve wide ranging complex problems through the use of creative reasoning and logic to accurately determine the cause of the problems and the resolution of the problems in an effective, innovative and timely manner.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret and present information and ideas clearly and accurately in writing, verbally and by preparation of reports and other materials.
