POSITION PURPOSE The Retail Banking Analyst provides direct analytical, administrative, and operational support to Retail Senior Management. This role is responsible for compiling and interpreting performance data, supporting incentive plan administration, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and assisting with sales and service tracking.
