Supports farm managers by researching and resolving a wide variety of problems and inquiries using computer records, legal files, bank records, courthouse recordings, and vendor documentation to satisfy real estate sales, management, or client needs.
Cross-sell bank products and services in a professional manner.

Qualifications Education/Experience:
Associates degree preferred or specialized education/training normally acquired through two plus years of experience.

An assistant coordinator offers “counseling” to clients on a daily basis. ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Enforce safety measures in all riding activities.
• Teach western riding skills, feeding, watering, and grooming of horses to campers.
• Teach horsemanship and stable management to campers
• Participate in all-camp activities and unit operations at the request of the Camp Director or Assistant Camp Director
• Prepare lesson plans for daily instruction of campers of varying age and ability.
• Help supervise campers in the dining hall

Lifelong Access is seeking a Vocational Assistant to support the High School Transition and Supported Employment Programs in a variety of opportunities for students to learn new skills and plan for a smooth transition from high school to adulthood. The Transition Assistant will assist job seekers with developmental disabilities attain and maintain a career path of their choosing.
Pay: $18.35/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide direct support in the areas of programming, mini discovery, and IEP meeting attendance, on-the-job coaching, and job development activities.
Present information through community presentations/networking events.
Collaborate with the Transition Coordinator to plan programming.
Assist with transportation of program participants when necessary, utilizing company vehicles.
Order and organize supplies for Transition programming.
Assist the Transition and Supported Employment teams with supports when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience supporting people with disabilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required.
Ability to work weekdays and early weeknight availability.
Willing to travel to rural communities in McLean County.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid Illinois driver's license with safe driving record.
Current proof of automobile insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

* Ability to work well in a team-based environment
* Ability to learn new software and conduct new tasks
* Professional communication and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license
* High School Diploma or equivalent
