About the Role of the Senior Project Manager - Construction We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale hyperscale and AI data center construction projects. This role is responsible for full lifecycle project delivery-from pre-construction and design coordination through commissioning and operational handover-while ensuring alignment across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and performance objectives. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary owner's representative on site, overseeing general contractors, subcontractors, design partners, vendors, and commissioning agents. The role requires close coordination with internal Engineering, Operations, Capacity Planning, IT, and EHS teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This is a site-based role for the duration of each project. Upon completion of the initial assignment in Phoenix, Arizona, the Senior Project Manager is expected to transition to subsequent project sites in support of the company's ongoing development pipeline. Future project locations will be determined based on business needs and may not be known at the time of hire.
