Arden joined Brainly in 2017 as Chief People Officer, responsible for the global people and culture function. In this role, she is responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent and for ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Prior to Brainly, Arden was SVP, Human Resources and Facilities at Integral Ad Science from 2014 to 2017 and prior to Integral, she was SVP, Human Resources and Facilities at Medidata Solutions. She joined Medidata when it was an early-stage startup and during her ten-year tenure, built offices and teams in London, Tokyo and across the U.S., and was a member of the executive team that grew the company to its current status as global leader in the industry, completing two acquisitions and a successful IPO. Before Medidata, Arden co-founded Spring Point Imaging, a company that specialized in green/environment-conscious office consumables. At Spring Point, she was responsible for corporate functions including HR and Facilities. After nine years, Mitsubishi Chemical America acquired the company and she worked for Mitsubishi for four years. Arden holds an honors BA from the University of Pennsylvania with additional coursework in the Wharton School of Business. She also earned a professional certificate in Human Resource Management from New York University.
