Contract Drafting: Draft acquisition documents, provider employment agreements and oversee version control. Growth Metrics: Track and report growth metrics for new practice/providers as well as internal growth opportunities. Internal Growth Opportunities: Ensure all new providers are credentialed with identified local hospitals and providers are represented as staff. Relationship Building: Assist in cultivating and keeping relationships with referring providers. Community Engagement: Identify and work with local Chambers of Commerce as necessary. Events: Represent the company at events, conferences and networking opportunities. Desired skills and attributes include: Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of business development or marketing experience. Communication: Strong verbal, written and presentation communications required. The intern's key responsibilities will include: * Coordination and preparation of various management presentations (e.g., monthly and quarterly reviews with executive management team, internal and external board meetings, other meetings and conferences) * Opportunity to deliver clear, cohesive, compelling presentations to leadership teams in / outside of Finance * Assist in project management and planning of key events / priorities * Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research * Play a key supporting role in the annual 15(c) process for Equitable Investment Management Group's fund complex * Conduct detailed analysis and evaluate fund characteristics within their peer group, using fund and industry data * Produce summary reports for presentation to Executive Management and Equitable Investment Management's independent board * Contribute to team discussions and client meetings * Assist in execution of process improvement initiatives * Assist in promotion of team engagement * Final research project to be presented to leaders in the Finance organization Internship Details Dates: Nine week program starting in early June 2026 Hourly Rate: $22/hour Location: New York, NY Work Environment: Hybrid / Flexible (3 or 4 days per week in the office required) * Rising senior or rising junior working towards four-year undergraduate degree with course work in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related, engineering or any quantitative area, with minimum 3.5 GPA * Strong financial / quantitative data analysis * Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with ability to formulate clear and concise executive "messages" to internal and external audiences from complex topics * Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, solve problems and think strategically/critically * Extremely proactive, good comfort level with working in an often-ambiguous environment, anticipating needs and staying ahead of them * Exceptional interpersonal skills and high level of comfort/ease to interact with all levels of the organization * Extremely organized with attention to detail * Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality * Strong experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Ability to work the full duration of the program Competencies and Skills * Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision. * Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, project, groups or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. * Adapts and learns: Actively learns and adapts through experimentation when tackling new problems and situations, using both successes and failures to develop and learn.
