+ Administer Medications: Take full responsibility for administering IV infusion medications in patients' homes.
+ Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure their well-being.
+ Stay Connected: Be the main point of contact for updates on patient status. Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress, to keep track of their journey.
**Requirements:**
+ Active RN license in the state where you'll be working and living
+ 2+ years of RN experience
+ 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
+ Strong skills in IV insertion
+ Valid driver's license
+ Willingness to travel to patients' homes within a large geographic region
+ Ability to work 40 hours a week (can include days, evenings, and weekends, per business need)
+ Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice and be available for on-call visits as needed
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,900 - 128,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

The Position
As a member of the Risk Management Team, the Associate will assist with risk analysis, monitoring, and framework development across Liberty Mutual Investments with a focus in Analytics. This individual will help develop and/or automate new analytics and existing processes. Key Responsibilities
Develop clear, comprehensive, and integrated system, technical, and product recommendations to ensure consistency, security, maintainability, and flexibility within the UIP business domain and portfolio.
Articulate and champion a bold technical vision and roadmap for UIP, balancing rapid experimentation with scalable, long-term architecture development.
Consult and collaborate with technology leaders, product managers, business operations, and peer groups on both long- and short-term product features, providing portfolio-level oversight and influencing the engineering backlog for programs and teams.
Lead architecture and design reviews; provide technical guidance to engineering teams, resolving complex technical challenges across Policy, Quoting, and Underwriting domains.

Contribute to forecasting business and IT trends to set technical direction, serving as a trusted advisor for UIP platform strategy and capabilities.
Promote the adoption of the well-architected framework to embed Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization into cultural norms; act as an expert on non-functional system characteristics.
Develop and execute technical software development strategies across various domains, evolving the tech stack to leverage modern backend and frontend frameworks, storage, eventing, and messaging solutions; accountable for solution quality, usability, and performance.
Recommend improvements for process efficiency and effectiveness; consistently share best practices and drive process enhancements within and across teams.
Partner with Architecture, Tech Enablement, and the Guidewire platform team to implement monitoring, alerting, and automation for platform reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency, contributing to a highly available and performant platform.
Participate in incident management events, provide consultative recommendations for resolutions, lead post-incident reviews, and drive remediation and resilience improvements.

Responsibilities
Responsible for performance, development and coaching of staff (including hiring, terminating, performance and salary management). Serve as technical resource not only for claims staff, but also cross-functional partners, including Underwriting (UW), Actuarial, Finance and Operations.
Work with claims team and external attorneys to review coverages, investigate claims, analyze liability and damages, establish adequate indemnity and expense reserves, develop strategies and resolve claims, including, but not limited to direct participation in mediation and arbitration and active participation in settlement discussions.
Perform quality assurance reviews/observations and provide feedback to team as well as action plan for development of team, where necessary.
Actively pursue all avenues of recovery including, but not limited to timely recovery of deductibles from insureds and manage subrogation activities.
Provide regular reports to claims management regarding losses either exceeding or likely to exceed the authority level in accordance with best practices. Must be able to present effectively, produce appropriate reports and develop team and train team in these skills
Partner with underwriting managers/team to provide excellent customer service and to market and meet with brokers, risk managers and reinsurers. Serve as external face claims leader for product line and demonstrate ability to forge and maintain relationships with external customers, effectively resolving concerns where necessary. Ability to effectively articulate the claims value proposition in claims advocacy meetings, account renewals and new business prospecting. Present at industry conferences or publishes external industry content.
Lead short to medium-term strategic claims activities/priorities for the product line, with alignment with the strategic priorities of IronHealth and NAS Claims. Oversee projects assigned by the department head.
Direct and manage the Claims participation and content for multidisciplinary reviews, monthly UW connectivity meetings, and quarterly actuarial meetings. Ensure timely feedback to senior management, underwriting and actuaries regarding relevant losses, account issues, and trends.
Assist and coordinate with underwriting team regarding new policy forms, product development and/or product rollouts and provide timely feedback to senior management and underwriting regarding recommendations.
Ability to achieve fluency in Loss Triangle interpretation and Product Level Profitability Understanding/Awareness.
Other duties as assigned, including delivery on established operational goals and objectives.
