The Construction Assistant Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the assigned project(s). Lead all daily safety toolbox talks and stretching excercises with the foremen and craft every day before the craft begins work. Lead a culture of quality among Gutier employees and subcontractors and conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all work conditions are in compliance with project quality plan, drawings and specifications.
