Track change orders and all extras on projects via signed change order forms and budget updates.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Skilled in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration
OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
Construction of multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facility experience preferred.

Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Construction Superintendent (SCS). This role is a critical leadership position empowered to make independent decisions that directly impact the safety, performance, and operational success of a portfolio of solar construction projects. What you'll do:
* Directly supervises 3-12 contingent Construction Superintendents (CS) across active solar project sites, in coordination with Agency Partners. Assigns site leadership roles, monitors CS performance, and provides coaching and feedback.
* Exercise discretion in identifying and responding to safety, quality, and compliance issues. Empowered to stop work, redirect resources, or mandate changes without prior approval.
* Evaluate the performance of subcontractors in the field and provide recommendations that directly inform contract renewal, termination, or future engagement decisions. These evaluations materially affect vendor relationships and project outcomes.
* Interpret and enforce company policies and OSHA, SWPPP, and site-specific standards in dynamic field conditions.
* Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of site-level superintendents and field personnel.
* Work with the Construction Manager on staffing strategy, including hiring, reassignment, and termination decisions for contingent CS roles.
* Monitor project progress and risks; recommend changes to staffing, scheduling, or scope to meet objectives.
* Hold final responsibility for review and close out compliance documentation, QA/QC reports, and inspection logs within Procore or other systems of record.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on solar construction methods, compliance, and site logistics.
* Advise senior leadership on operational performance, training standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Represent company interests with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site stakeholders.
* Leads 3-12 contingent Construction Superintendents across multiple sites.
* Participates in and significantly influences staffing decisions including hiring, deployment, and performance feedback.
* Makes recommendations on reassignment, and termination that are given substantial weight in final employment actions with contingent work agencies.
What you'll bring:
* 3-5 years of construction management experience, preferably in the solar industry, with a successful track record in project management .
* Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, and various other construction management tools
* Knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 10 is a minimum requirement
* Maintains professional licenses in trade (i.e. CSL, NABCEP PV, etc.)

Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $105,000 - $135,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company's stock option plan. Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or 10 years work experience in the construction industry if a bachelor's degree is in an unrelated field. 2. A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible management experience with construction projects is required.
Preferred Qualifications
1. A minimum of five years' experience supervising skilled and semi-skilled crafts workers is preferred.

Communicate with sub crews and provide information and updates
Create pricing information sheet
Receive and process billing and invoicing from sub-contractors
Maintain production tracking, reporting to appropriate contact
Prepare monthly invoices
Create reports as requested
All other duties as assigned
Setup and maintain customer files
Respond to customer inquiries
Required Skills:
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Strong team and collaborative skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
Working Conditions:
Work conducted in a standard office and field office environments.
