Job Summary The Commissioning Construction Manager (CxCM) serves as the owner's and/or contractor's representative throughout all phases of the commissioning process (L1-L5). This role combines traditional Owner's Representative and Construction Manager responsibilities with specialized leadership in electrical, mechanical, and controls commissioning for mission-critical environments.
