Job Description
A ConstructionSuperintendent is responsible for providing day-to-day field leadership on two active projects: a historic renovation in Decatur, Michigan, and a church renovation and addition in Paw Paw, Michigan. Track project performance, manage change orders, and maintain accurate dashboards and financial updates.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
Expertise in Design-Build and Industrial market segments, including Warehouse, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Office projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and contract management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teams.
