Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who is passionate about leading teams, solving problems, and delivering outstanding client experiences. Responsibilities:
Assist Superintendents with monitoring of the project schedule and budget and work with superintendents to maintain and update. Coordinate with the subcontractor's office for recovery plans where necessary, meet regularly with staff and subcontracts to discuss progress, obstacles, challenges and assist in removing barriers to completing work.
Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines, and goals.
Coordinate inspections and participate in the examination and inspection of work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Read construction documents to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
Record and maintain information and produce reports such as personnel, production, project logs, status and other operational data. Assist in making decisions regarding start up/shut down issues on assigned projects and instruct crew members accordingly.
Conduct periodic job site safety inspections and audits. All field position are ultimately responsible for all actions occurring on job site and ensuring safe working conditions for all.
Ensure that all assigned projects are built in the highest quality, according to plans and specs provided.
Represent Hoar in job site progress meetings or any other meetings as requested or needed.
Act as jobsite superintendent in absence of normal jobsite superintendent.

Structure Superintendent Role:
The Structure Superintendent reports to the Structure Project Manager. The Superintendent sets and manages client expectations, manages all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule, and oversees material delivery. We are hiring a ConstructionSuperintendent - CIPP Immediately in the Knoxville, TN area! The Superintendent is responsible for the direct supervision and management of a UV CIPP crew of 5-6 employees in an assigned area. You'll supervise the operation and maintenance of equipment and evaluate work areas to determine type of work required and materials to be used. This position will recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting salary is $80,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
Coordinate production schedules with General Superintendent or Operations Manager and report/estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
Coordinate with General Superintendent and/or Operations manager regarding tools and materials needed to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules
Coordinate with Equipment Manager to ensure all pieces of equipment are in working order and/or have proper time for repairs
Facilitate internal project meetings with Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedule
Interpret and enforce company policies as applied to employees and enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards
Conduct weekly safety/toolbox meetings
Interpret job order requirements and instruct Foreman on how to fulfill the job orders
Promptly resolve any customer complaints
Analyze and resolve work problems that arise on the crew
Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork submission and professionalism
Evaluate staffing needs and schedule work two weeks in advance, notifying crew employees of schedule and coordinating travel arrangements
Manage crew performance and implement discipline as needed
Meet or exceed as-bid gross margin on jobs
Build bench strength on crew to cross-train and provide for succession planning
What We Need From You:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Three years related industry experience (UV CIPP preferred) and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Experience as a Foreman preferred
Must have working knowledge of computer and web-based programs
Valid driver's license required with clean motor vehicle report
Possess (or obtain with 90 days of hire) a CDL with required endorsements (Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brakes), compliant with Insituform's motor vehicle standards
Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools
Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Travel by automobile and airplane required

Job Description
Superintendent to oversee current and future projects in multiple locations. Structure Superintendent Role:
The Structure Superintendent reports to the Structure Project Manager. The Superintendent sets and manages client expectations, manages all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule, and oversees material delivery. The Superintendent develops and maintains successful relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and homeowners. The Superintendent must verify that the quality of each phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations. The Superintendent coordinates with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and according to Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures. The Superintendent maintains and posts all documentation in accordance with company policies. The Superintendent must communicate with project team and homeowners by phone and email daily.

+ Prior experience with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ's) and local code compliance.
+ Hands-on experience with Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems; experience with Milestone (VMS), Lenel (Access Control), DMP (Intrusion), and Hanwha (CCTV) strongly preferred.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional on-site teams and subcontractors.
