Essential Functions
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to mitigate risk and ensure project success and profitability
Make difficult decisions regarding projects and the allocation of project resources
Assume ultimate responsibility for the outcome of projects
Effectively supervise a team in the day to day management of projects
Train a project management team in CSI company philosophy and systems
Effectively supervise the maintenance of project required logs and tracking systems and take corrective measures as necessary
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project and assist in negotiating for an overall
profitable outcome
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project
Function as a liaison between the field and the client(s) to facilitate effective construction activities
Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the General Foreman and/or onsite Foreman to ensure the project is being built on schedule and within budget
Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Manage subcontractor activities including associated costs, schedule, and related change orders
Estimate projects as needed
Prepare for and attend monthly financial reviews and accurately project profitability to upper management
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interest and maintain strong relationship with the client
Engage in and promote business development
Perform Project Manager duties and responsibilities, as needed

A Bachelor's degree in a construction, engineering, or business related field from an accredited college or university preferred (*)

Take photos of each deployed project working in the CTA, Terminals and the AOA locations. The photos should capture items such as vehicle and equipment deployment, active construction, vital traffic and passenger movement as well as important barricades and signage. These photos should be labeled with relevant information such as photo description and date/time stamp.
Produce a Nightly Report that has both a written narrative component and photographic component that includes the following for each deployed project for that shift: personnel count, late flight information and any other relevant documents. Post the Nightly Reports to the CALMSHARE site. In addition, the nightly report should be saved on the V Drive and distributed to a predetermined stakeholder list.
Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and schedule for all projects (LAWA CIP, Maintenance, Airline, Concessionaire, TSA, etc.) currently active within the CTA, Terminals and AOA locations.
Act as responsible party to ensure that all construction in public areas has appropriate barricades and signage as per the approved ASR. If there are deficiencies noted, the NS-ARM will work with the contractor to correct deficiencies and will report deficiencies to the CALM Sign Shop Manager if additional signage is required.
Responsibilities include working with The Development Group (TDG) Element representatives, Facilities Maintenance Group (FMUG), Airport Operations (OPS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Information Technology Group (IMTG), TDG Safety/Inspections, and LAWA Airport Police Traffic Officers to develop protocols that will facilitate orderly shutdowns with minimum of disruption to passengers, tenants, and contractors.
Meet regularly with the CALM Area Resident Manager - Lead and make recommendations concerning procedures, protocols, and staffing.
Develop appropriate tracking and record keeping tools.

We are looking for a qualified OSP Construction Coordinator for the Medford, Oregon market.
This role requires individuals who can provide field support and oversee the day-to-day functions of our construction operations.
Responsibilities:
Verify that all existing underground and aerial facilities are correctly located per customer's requirements, city records, and field conditions;
Perform field evaluation of proposed projects and ensure alternative routing delivers the most cost-effective design for construction;
Ensure designs are in accordance with the customer's specifications and guidelines, and within the allocated budget;
Proficiently coordinate with State and/or local municipalities as well as with other utilities or departments;
Coordinate all customer implementation activities including site walk-throughs, hub and/or node placements, and subcontract labor;
Ensure the produced work meets or exceeds quality standards;
Perform any and all tasks assigned by your Direct Superior.
Requirements
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License;
Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements, including compliance with customer and governmental guidelines;
Experience working with Public Utility Commissions (PUC) and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance as it applies to telecom construction;
Ability to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather conditions;
Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams related to fiber construction;
Willingness and ability to travel to different job sites within the market.
