Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis

Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
Responsible for set-up, regular maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of any machinery and equipment

Oversees the operation of the planetarium and its displays, presentation formats, schedules and hours of service, and programs.
Works with faculty to integrate planetarium capabilities with curriculum in astronomy, physics, and other sciences and curriculum.
Coordinates and directs programming, staff training, and outreach to schools, groups, and visitors. Directs scheduling and present planetarium programs for the college's classes, schools, community groups and the public.
Develops, modifies and installs new programs.
