Main Duties Supervise all lawn management service activities of crew Ensure all crew members know the property, including scope of work and overall plan for property Train crew members and ensure they have tools needed to complete jobs efficiently Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Perform all timekeeping activities for crew Ensure crew is performing all tasks safely, following strict Company and industry safety guidelines, including 100% PPE during work activities Ensure completion of daily activities, including gathering of supplies, cleaning of trucks, organization of trailers Use landscaping tools and operate heavy equipment as needed Keep all equipment in good condition: includes cleaning equipment, tagging equipment with issues, changing oil, blades, air filters as per maintenance schedule Coordinate with management, customers, and other employees as needed Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend work as required, including on-call snow removal during and after snow events. Work is in Charlottesville, Virginia. Reliable commute or relocation to this area is required before starting work.
