We are currently hiring Construction Laborers with a valid CDL license to join our team in Decatur, IL. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects. This position requires working with minimal oversite while still adhering to instructions closely.
The starting pay for Laborers is $39.33 per hour.

What You'll Do:
Repair various types of sewer lines by using a specific product and process
Ensure pull-in tube is properly prepared for installation by examining D-Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable
Install prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate material
Monitor gauges, dials or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.
Learn / train on Insituform's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
Perform set up and clean up tasks at job site / shop
What We Need From You:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience as a Construction Laborer and / or Installation Technician highly preferred
OSHA certifications are a plus
Valid driver's license required with clean motor vehicle report
Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform's motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
