Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues. Position Summary: In this position, the team member will execute operations safely and efficiently. Duties will include stevedoring operations of loading/unloading vessels and will require the employee to take an overall leadership position with assuring that operations are meeting or exceeding expectations.
