Job DescriptionThe CrewLeader's role is to direct, oversee and participate in the daily work of the engaged project with their installers. They will report directly to the Regional Install Manager, and serve as the on-site liaison between management, customers and the installers. The CrewLeader must provide clear and concise direction for their crew, while setting the standard example of brand standards and conduct. They must be knowledgeable of the installation process as well as all equipment required for each project. The CrewLeader should have excellent leadership and communication skills in order to effectively lead their crew on each project. Physical Demands:
May be on your feet for long periods of time
Occasional lifting of materials up to 75+ pounds
Ability to move in awkward/tight positions
Occasional exposure to epoxy and other potentially hazardous materials
Basic Duties
Provide direction to installers
Assess and procure all equipment and materials for install
Provide clear communication with all customers as to what to expect during the install process
Participate in employee training with management
Ensure all employees are working in a safe environment and using proper safety practices
Drive vehicles as needed
Ensure all company property, including tools and materials, are always secure
Measure and mix materials per instructions necessary for job
Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely, and turned into management
Ensure vehicle and/or trailer are always clean and orderly
Restock and prep vehicle for the next workday
Communicate all issues regarding broken equipment, customer and employee relations, material and any other concerns to management
Other reasonable duties per management's request

Follow all company policies and procedures as well as all local, state/provincial and federal laws
Follow all company safety procedures
The company does not tolerate sexual or other unlawful discriminatory actions, gestures, harassment or statements

Maintain confidentiality of company records and information at all times

Shared Duties, Spaces and ResponsibilitiesAll employees are responsible for the following:
Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with their experience
Answering the phone and responding to inquiries
Ensuring all equipment is in working order and reporting issues to management
Providing basic assistance and minor first aid (e.g., if a customer or coworker asks for a bandage)
Ensuring that the facility is clean at all times
