SUMMARY OF POSITION
Kinsley is seeking a qualified Concrete Foreman to join our growing Industrial team, based out of the Blandon, PA Office. The Concrete Foreman is responsible for directing and coordinating activity associated with the construction of the project and must have the ability to lead by example, motivate crew members, and efficiently manage the job.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Foreman Duties & Responsibilities:
Excellent communication and coordination with the Project Manager, Subcontractors, and suppliers for day to day activities. This should include emails, phone calls or onsite meetings
Have a thorough understanding of your project or projects. This should include the contract drawings and specifications. A full understanding of project sequence and scope of work
Plan, Implement and Manage tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
Manage & Monitor team members' work
Adhere to relevant safety regulations and requirements
Manage & Guide the use of equipment and machinery
Direct training, coaching and development of team
Keep budgeted production hours in check
Peacefully resolve any problems or issues that may arise

Essential Function
Ensure / Audit Field Progress Reports to ensure accuracy
Certified to run and able to train employees on typical equipment found on large jobs. This would include lull, skid steer loaders, aerial equipment such as man lifts, Boom lifts, etc.
Qualified to operate a 35-ton crane is a plus
Responsibilities include:
Communicate any problems with fieldwork to the Field Superintendent and assist in resolving those problems.

Detail-oriented, Excellent organizational skills
Ability to complete all required paperwork associated with safety and QA/QC without assistance.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle a broad scope of responsibility.
