CREW LEADER Crew Leaders perform a wide variety of tasks related to HVAC system maintenance including duct cleaning, air handler maintenance and cleaning, cooling tower maintenance and cleaning and mold remediation. Work is completed at the client's site and is completed within the client's time allowances, meaning that weekend, evening and overnight work are sometimes required. Additionally the Crew Leader loads and unloads work vehicles and provides maintenance to company owned equipment. The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing the Field Technicians assigned to a project and for seeing that the work vehicle is stocked with the proper supplies and equipment to complete the project. The crew leader must be knowledgeable of all Company safety and personnel policies, is expected to adhere to these policies and is responsible for enforcement of said policies. The crew leader is responsible for training the Field Technicians on all aspects of the job. The crew leader is expected to complete the vehicle inspection report each day.
