As a Horizontal Construction Engineer, you'll operate heavy construction equipment like bulldozers, tractors, backhoes, cranes, excavators, and road graders to help pave the way for fellow Soldiers and to make room for construction projects. Without safe roads to travel, it's hard for Soldiers to move around, especially in unfamiliar territory. You'll also assist Army engineers to analyze construction site needs and transport heavy construction equipment from one site to another.

Experienced HVAC Foreman
Purpose: As an HVAC Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and foreman- primarily new residential construction.
Responsibilities:
Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes
Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation and operations of HVAC projects
Take necessary corrective action to fix these problems
Make decisions on the job site without interruption to the business or work and job quality
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines
Read blueprints
Complete quality control sheets
Qualifications:
Leadership skills and the ability to empower individuals on your team
Ability to produce quality work
Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managers
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
Ability to follow directions

This position supervises a crew of employees, prioritizes work, and provides guidance and direction to workers on daily operations. The person in this role may participate in maintenance projects and will oversee workflow for efficiency and operations productivity. The Foreman ensures safety is a top priority for all location employees and will follow all company safety programs and policies.
Job Responsibilities
* Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete daily work tasks within established deadlines while complying with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements. Supervise and assist elevator laborers' daily activity. Responsible for scheduling laborers to meet work demands.
