Position Summary
The Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for supervising and participating in day-to-day landscape maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities
Supervise a small crew to complete assigned maintenance routes.
Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, general cleanup, and other landscape-related scopes of work..
Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
Perform routine maintenance and daily inspection of equipment and vehicles.
Communicate job expectations clearly and provide on-site training to crew members.
Monitor quality and efficiency to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate daily records (timesheets, equipment reports, etc.).

Work Schedule
Typical schedule: MondayFriday, 7am. 4pm/5pm, with overtime as needed.

Safely operate a variety of landscape and hardscape equipment including skid steers, excavators, compactors, trucks & trailers, and other power tools.
