Examples of Duties
Working independently, performs a variety of specialized equipment operation and labor tasks in order to maintain streets, roadway, water and sewer systems, infrastructure, parks, grounds and facilities as assigned; duties will vary according to job assignment. Leads work crews performing skilled and semi-skilled general labor, construction, maintenance and repair work; assures that all safety rules and regulations are observed on the job site. Coordinates and assigns staff, vehicles and equipment; checks work activities for compliance to quality standards, safety regulations and City procedures. Monitors operations, and enforces adherence to City policies, procedures and standards. Trains work crew in City procedures, techniques and safety standards; trains crew in the use and maintenance of equipment and tools; works with staff to correct performance deficiencies. Utilizes proper safety precautions in all work performed; reports problems and emergency situations; recognizes, avoids, and reports unsafe acts, conditions, accidents and injuries. Collects information, purchases supplies, prepares reports, and maintains records as required. Provides customer service and responds to questions within scope of authority. Operates a variety of equipment and vehicles. Leads the maintenance of vehicles and equipment in accordance with City safety procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent, and three years experience operating specialized vehicles and maintenance equipment, preferably with the City of Longview; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required. May be required to obtain Certified Operator status for specialized equipment and functions; additional technical training and certifications may be required for some job assignments.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to hazardous equipment; requires constant physical efforts, and ability to lift and move items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.

Key Responsibilities
This is a 100% travel job; travel is provided in company vehicles.
Ensure the HydroVac unit is operational, free of safety concerns or defects, and report any issues immediately.
Document all travel, onsite activities, and miscellaneous time using DOT forms and apps.
Conduct a thorough truck evaluation at the start of each shift and record findings on DOT forms and apps.
Perform sewer cleaning and debris removal tasks.
Carry out hydroexcavation and excavation work.
Assist mainline and camera trucks with equipment or scope of work as requested.
Use GIS to document production and site conditions.
Perform periodic maintenance on equipment, including greasing, lubricating, valve adjustments, and winterizing.
Ensure all storage areas and truck compartments are clean and organized.
Neatly coil or stow all related hoses and attachments between uses.
Perform other related duties as required.
What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or crew lead role required.
2+ years' HydroVac operations preferred.
Experience with hydroblasting and vacuum operations required.
Must possess a Class A CDL.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if required.
Ability to operate all necessary heavy equipment.
Proven ability to achieve results while managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing, and quality.
Knowledge of confined space entry is an asset.
Must be 18 years of age.
Must have acceptable ID, pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
High school diploma or GED.
Possession of a TWIC card is a plus but not a requirement.
Must understand verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to read and write.
Must have basic math skills.
Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
May stoop, kneel, or bend, on occasion.
Move in and around confined, cluttered and uneven areas.
Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.
Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.

As a Pipeline Construction Foreman for Coterra you will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, direction and coordination of employees and third-party individuals involved in construction projects related to facilities and infrastructure. This position can be located in Reeves County, Texas, Hobbs or Carlsbad, New Mexico.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides leadership and guidance for the execution of all phases of pipeline construction projects from planning to completion
Oversees and monitors daily activities of employees and third-party personnel at construction site
Coordinates with upper management and other personnel to ensure construction projects are completed in a timely manner and according to project plan
Monitors expenses to remain on budget and coordinates adjustments to AFE's as necessary
Coordinates company communication to ensure all stakeholders are properly informed of construction project status
Responsible to ensure that construction projects are performed in accordance with company procedures, as well as safety, environmental and other regulatory guidelines and mandates

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in oil and gas production required;
Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in oil and gas infrastructure, pipeline project management preferred
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a valid state issued driver's license, and employees must pass an initial drug and alcohol screening at hire. Incumbents in the position may be subject to random drug and alcohol screenings as per the DOT Regulations. Required to travel between field sites to perform daily tasks.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is typically performed both indoors and outdoors. Incumbents in this position must be able to physically and legally operate company owned vehicles. Employees must be able to perform work which requires walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping and climbing. Exposure to conditions such as extreme heat or cold is likely. Employee is required to physically visit areas where actual operations are occurring, such as drilling and completions locations or production sites. Personal protective equipment including, but not limited to head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, and flame resistant clothing are required. Safety rules including OSHA and DOT requirements are strictly enforced. Employees must be willing to travel and work extended hours on short notice.

Responsibilities
LEAD TEAM MEMBER GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Lead Team Member helps maintain a clean, well-organized store and helps create a customer first store culture through exceptional store standards. The duties of the Lead Team Member include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Team Leader to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Lead Team Members perform the duties of a Team Member and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
