Summary
We are currently looking for a Pipelining Foreman to join our Underground & Pipelining Division in the Escondido, CA area. Duties and Responsibilities
Function as working Foreman while leading and supervising employees, subcontractors, and vendors to complete underground construction and UV CIPP lining projects
Collaborate with project team to create schedules and determine sequencing of work. Develop and implement strategies to maintain project schedule, as requested.
Perform site investigations and assist with putting together labor and equipment hours for bids/proposals as needed
Work closely with Superintendent to resolve problems related to procedures, project clarifications, adequate labor, equipment schedules and repairs, and other related matters
Operate power construction equipment to facilitate scope of work required on project; including, but not limited to UV CIPP trucks, earth moving, excavation, material handling, aerial, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, street sweepers, forklifts, shooting boom forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
Review, complete, and submit required daily documentation for time sheets, daily reports, and safety paperwork
Supervise and develop field employees, provide feedback and discipline as needed
Display high level of teamwork, integrity, commitment, and leadership in daily operations
Ability to travel and accommodate extended hours, alternative shifts (night or weekend) as needed
