Expected to understand and enforce standards as set forth in Beverage South Employee Handbook. Nature and Scope The Delivery Supervisor reports directly to the General Sales Manager. This position is responsible for maximizing customer service by overseeing prompt, efficient and accurate delivery procedures. The Delivery Supervisor must also assure quality standards are maintained by each delivery driver; rotating product during every delivery and executing marketing standards, such as displays. The Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for reporting and maintaining their respective fleet of delivery vehicles in a safe operating manner. This position will be responsible for adhering to DOT regulations and fleet maintenance requirements. It is critical this position work in a safe and courteous manner at all times and follows all local, state and federal laws regarding the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages. Performance is measured by achievement of daily work schedule, rotation of products, retail standards, quality of work performed, safety record and overall satisfaction of both internal (sales representatives) and external customers (retailers). Evaluates workload on a daily basis to make sure the driver has the support needed for the route. Recommends changes and additions to manpower to maintain adequate qualified driver pool by preparing additional employees in the organization on getting their CDL licenses. Coordinates with Delivery Manager the driving and scheduling of CDL testing. Educates their respective drivers on the proper delivery methods. Teaches how to rotate all products, stocks shelves as needed, leaves backroom and back-stock neat and organized, and builds displays. Check-in by itemized detail on invoice against delivered products. Face the front of cooler/shelves repair damage & fill six packs. Check package dates and rotate your various product locations. Stock the selling shelf, back stock and display stock. Check price parity ours vs. competitor on like packages. Check for out-of-stocks alert salesman if any. Pick up after yourself, break down and dispose of all cardboard. Write down any comments, questions or notes the retailer may have. Show respect and thank the retailer. Evaluate the loads each day to make sure that the delivery driver has the capacity to deliver the load and assign additional help as needed. Evaluate the trucks to make sure each delivery truck is up to Beverage South Standards. Their trucks are in complete repair, all trucks are clean inside and out, all delivery drivers maintain equipment at all times. Train all new candidates for Driving. Work with all CDL permit holders to pass CDL tests, Work with then on pre-trip inspections and record keeping and timesheets. Train on all equipment used by the driver and proper safety techniques. This includes proper use of hand trucks and electric pallet jacks. Included is the proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries. Included in this is kegs, etc. Train their respective drivers on the end of day process of unloading trucks, how to care for breakage, where to put empties, how to check in with warehouse, return product to stock and how to tie out the monies. Clean out the truck of all garbage. Review all upcoming vacations and perform delivery route when a driver is on vacation. This will require knowledge in all routes and delivery sequence. Conduct Drivers meetings on a monthly basis to cover safety topics. Complete monthly inspections of their respective delivery vehicles. Work with Delivery Supervisors to complete all Driver evaluations and address any performance issues. Ride with Drivers for continual training and improving skills. Route coverage for vacations/illness/emergencies.

Identifying and developing solutions to items that may impact project schedule or cost and addressing with responsible parties Analyzing project status, revising the scope, schedule, or budget when necessary to ensure that project requirements can be met Job Description Key Accountabilities •Management and oversight of vendor contracts; acting as the Owner's Representative.•Delivery of projects within cost and schedule constraints involving multiple vendors and coordination of a variety of internal work.•Providing a high level of customer service, continuous day-to-day support of peers/groups and proactive involvement with the leadership team, fellow peers and customers.•Providing oversight of consultants and contractors to ensure policies/procedures are followed and standards are met, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. •Focusing on continuous improvement and providing leadership on initiatives and projects.•Drive project team adherence to pre-outage and outage work management milestones.•Demonstrated troubleshooting ability to identify issues, assess alternatives and risks, and implement solutions while keeping overall project on track.•Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.•Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers•Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.•Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.•Performing Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duties as assigned. Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements •High school or secondary school diploma with 8 years' experience OR a bachelor's degree or higher with five years' experience •5-8 years of project management experience, preferably with steam turbine projects, and experience in construction management or the power generation industry are beneficial. •Four years' experience at a commercial nuclear power plant (preferred).•PMP or IPMA certification is desired; will be required within 2 years of becoming the Project Manager.•A strong understanding of steam turbine design, assembly, repair, and auxiliary systems is necessary. Knowledge of turbine thermodynamics and relevant industry standards is also helpful.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc..), ERP systems (like SAP or Maximo), and other relevant software is needed.•Essential skills include leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal abilities. The ability to multitask and work effectively in a matrix structure is also important.•Strong written and oral/verbal communication skills, including the ability to make formal presentations to management.•The ability to access all areas of a customer site, including confined spaces and heights, is required. •The work environment involves both office and field settings, including power plants. There may be exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and vibrations.•Some travel is required for meetings, site visits, and project execution/evaluation.
