We are looking for a Delivery Supervisor to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a Team of up to 12 talented CDL Drivers and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes supporting our Transportation Drivers in a timely manner and overseeing dispatching of delivery routes.
Our Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Must be at least 21 years of age.
3+ years in delivery driver position
1+ years' supervisor experience
Must possess a CDL or agreement to obtain a CDL within 6 months of hire

Responsible for publishing three predetermined Roadnet reports each day to Branch Management personnel, including the daily cases report
Support Transportation Manager with these key duties:
Personal involvement in resolving discrepancies issued to delivery personnel by the cashier department and follow up on all complaints relating to delivery personnel.
Conduct monthly safety training meetings.
Conduct performance evaluations for all members of the Transportation Department
Ensures that fleet related issues are reported to Operations Manager and Mechanic for corrective action taken.
Ensure that DOT files and MEDICAL CARDS are current for all Drivers with a CDL license.
Ensure that all Transportation Drivers are logged onto Roadnet each morning.
Processes all uniform orders for all department personnel as needed.
Processes all payroll documents as needed to ensure proper payment to employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to drive a delivery vehicle up to 10 hours at a time.

About the Role
The Senior Project Manager leads overall project strategy, financial performance, and client relationships on one of the most significant hyperscale data center programs in the region. This role oversees multiple Project Managers and drives execution across a multi-year AI infrastructure build.

Summary:
The Project Manager position, within the Engineering & Construction (E&C) team, will collaborate with Process Engineers and Directors to deliver project management support. This includes cost management, planning and scheduling, risk management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver all aspects of projects from concept to completion.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned scope of work.
* Work with internal Process Engineering and Directors to support their contracting and execution strategy by being involved in the bid package development and issuance, support through the bid process, supporting contract creation (ensuring critical progress deliverables are in the contract), and reporting of contractor progress
* Support the assigned projects by developing a performance measurement plan with contractors and, if warranted, creating an overall project progress measurement tool to ensure major milestones are earned and trending is on track.
* Work with project contractors to ensure they meet their contract deliverables, that progress reporting is timely and accurate, and that all changes are properly documented.
* Ensure all safety aspects are adhered to per ETC guidelines, standards, and policies.
* Provide cost management support on major project contracts and provide forecast/variance analysis.
* Support Directors and Management requests for front-end development of the milestone schedule and capital spend curve to support project funding packages.
* Lead planning sessions to develop and maintain program-level and project-level schedules with inputs from both internal and external functions.
* Update and maintain project schedules and provide variance analyses to the project team.
* Identify, analyze, and report significant contractor variances in schedules to the Management Team, including milestone completion, slippage of critical path items, and schedule variance.
* Work with Operations and Contractor Teams to develop a detailed Risk Register and to support its maintenance throughout the project life cycle.
* Work with the project team to develop project-specific execution plans for project controls, contract management, and overall project execution.
* Ability to take minimal direction and run down an objective to completion.

Summary:
The Project Manager leads the planning and execution of pipeline integrity assessment projects, including pipeline preparation, inline inspection (ILI), and remediation/repair activities for high-pressure natural gas and hazardous liquid pipelines. This role coordinates with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with applicable regulatory and operational deadlines (e.g., 49 CFR Part 192 and Part 195 programs).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead project scoping through stakeholder meetings and site visits; develop work scope, schedule, and cost estimates for assigned projects.
* Build and defend budget requests (e.g., estimates/justifications) and support approval meetings; track commitments, forecasts, and closeout costs.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align execution plans with operational constraints (gas/liquid control and commercial commitments) and regulatory timeframes.
* Manage third-party vendors performing pipeline preparation and ILI execution, including (as applicable) cleaning, batching/chemical cleaning, tool tracking, waste handling, and site restoration in accordance with company procedures.
* Partner with Integrity Engineering to plan digs/repairs, validate findings, and execute remediation of anomalies identified by ILI results.
* Administer project financials using SAP (or equivalent): work authorizations/work offers, invoice review/approval, change orders, and periodic cost forecasting.
* Provide routine project updates (weekly status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans) and participate in department meetings as required.
* Complete project closeout activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and GIS/data updates as applicable.
