Qualifications
Required:
ASANA Foundations Skills Badge & ASANA Workflow Specialist Certification is required for this position. These are offered by ASANA on the ASANA website; completion of these courses will be required prior to your start date.
3-5 years of experience in project management roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Excel & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in cannabis, CPG, food & beverage, or regulated industries
Understanding of product lifecycle, commercialization, or competitive analysis
Interest in cannabis product trends, formulations, or wellness categories
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management training

The hiring range for this position in California is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
