Job Description
This role involves making independent decisions related to the planning, organizing, and scheduling of complex administrative support activities. We are seeking an experienced professional who can effectively coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative and staff support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, assistance, and training to lower-level administrative staff.
Plan, coordinate, and confirm logistics for complex meetings and travel arrangements.
Schedule and manage calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Solicit, collect, organize, and maintain documentation and data.
Perform moderately complex data entry across one or more systems with accuracy.
