Provide accountability for achieving individual and team goals. Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations, signing and assortments to meet the needs of your customer along with adhering to all Company visual presentation guidelines. Accountable for markdown compliance and execution. Ensure product receipts are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Partner with Store Manager on inventory shrink plans and act as key driver of this strategy with store team. Maintain personal knowledge in across all product categories (western boots, work boots, denim, hats and add-ons) and coach and train partners in these areas. Complete all opening and closing procedures to company standards and comply with the company's Time and Attendance policy and procedures. Adhere to and enforce all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices. Possess well-developed business acumen and understands all aspects of the store's operations.
