Jeffrey Norton is a Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at ELAP Services and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has worked as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at GLATFELTER CORP; Member/Partner at Cozen O Connor; and Assistant General Counsel at Exelon. Jeffrey studied at University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Washington & Jefferson College, and Villanova School of Business.

Mike is responsible for building and running Centric’s evolving national technology practices. Examples include Digital, Mobile, Portal & Collaboration, and Data & Analytics. He has more than 30 years of diverse technical management experience in design and delivery of scalable and complex software solutions including telecommunications, e-commerce, online services, and banking.

Mike also runs Centric’s marketing function which utilizes digital channels to promote all the great things Centric has to offer to prospects and existing clients.

Prior to joining Centric, Mike was Vice President of Product Development at CMS Communications, a software company selling commercial software to large Tier 1 telecommunication firms.

Mike lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and three (mostly grown) children. Mike has too many hobbies including water and snow skiing, bicycling, motorcycles, and playing guitar.

He is past Board President of Rebuilding Together, a nonprofit serving Central Ohio seniors and currently serves on the board of Grandview Bobcat Boosters.

Mike Burnett is a Chief Financial Officer at ELAP Services and is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. He has experience at Integrated Media Systems of Virginia and has worked as CFO at MediMedia USA, Group Accountant at IMS International (Security Services), and Chief Financial Officer at PDR Network. Mike studied at University of Bradford between 1981 and 1984 and Ripon Grammar School.

Troy Sisum is a Senior Vice President, Chief Counsel at ELAP Services and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has worked as Attorney at Deasey Mahoney and Bender LTD, Attorney at Wilbraham Lawler & Buba, and Attorney at Schwarz Mongeluzzi Law LLP. Troy attended LaSalle University between 1994 and 1998 and Widener University School of Law between 1998 and 2002.
