Since joining Explorer Pipeline in 1977, Tom Jensen has worked in all areas of pipeline operations, served as an area manager and been responsible for shipper relations. He was named vice president of operations in 2005 and then President & Chief Executive Officer in 2015.Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Langston University and a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University. He’s also completed Northwestern University’s Pipeline Economics and Management Executive Program and the Advanced Management Program offered at Duke University.

As Chief Financial Officer at Explorer Pipeline, the buck stops with Terry Biehl. While everyone in the company deals with numbers, units and barrels, Terry also keeps an eye on the big financial picture. In an industry as complex and unique as the pipeline industry, Terry brings insight and perspectives that ensure sound financial accountability. With a diverse transportation-related background, including senior positions at Mazzio’s LLC, USA Truck and Geiger Ready-Mix Concrete, Terry was attracted to Explorer Pipeline for its company culture, history and the allure of working for a company that is right at his backdoor—literally. As a native of rural Missouri, Terry grew up around gasoline transportation. In fact, his childhood home is not far from Explorer’s pipeline route. Terry is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University and a Certified Public Accountant. When he is not in the office, you can usually find Terry hunting, fishing or coaching a group of long-distance runners.
