SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Although this position does not have formal supervisory responsibilities, the CTS III is expected to take clinical ownership of assigned customer sites, leading day-to-day training execution and acting as a role model in driving consistent LAL usage. * The role will support new customer onboarding, retraining initiatives, and practice development activities in collaboration with CDMs, Clinical Affairs Liaisons (CALs), and Sales partners. CTS IIIs are expected to maintain high standards of clinical excellence and accountability across their territory.
