Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Boutique Receptionist to join the team at Tyson's Galleria in McLean, VA. This is a full-time temporary position starting ASAP and continuing for six months. Candidates should be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
Greet customers with elevated service and assist with maintaining appointment schedule
Support the sales team during client appointments with beverage service
Act as a brand ambassador by providing information about the brand to clients
Support with day-to-day retail operations such as maintaining visual presentation of the boutique, organizing inventory, and handling shipments

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Attorneys to answer questions related to contracts, collect client payments, and coordinate billing matters with the Collections department.
Set up consultations and follow-ups in the client portal, ensuring accurate and complete information.
Following up on client leads to ensure monthly qualified consultations are being booked.
Answer and field phone calls, taking detailed messages to relay to the legal team.
Coordinate with the Intake team to provide interpreters or other resources as needed to support clients.
Keep the office and client areas presentable by replenishing supplies, maintaining conference rooms, and highlighting maintenance needs.
Scan and manage important client documents such as birth certificates and sealed medical records.
Assist with assembling interview and individual hearing files for Attorneys.
Support additional office functions, including operations, accounts payable, and legal assistant tasks.
Qualifications:
