Pros of working at General Data

People are nice and hard working just no place to move up to

Cons of working at General Data

HR Manager likes to gossip and is extremely unethical. Managers feel like they are walking on egg shells every day & that shouldn’t be.

General Data benefits

Flexibility. They do give 5 PTO days per year with one week paid vacation after a year but if you leave, even after you’ve earned it, the HR Manager won’t pay you out for it so good luck there!

What do you like best about General Data's CEO and the leadership team?

He’s clueless about what goes on behind HR doors and should be more involved in decision making like hiring, firing, practices, policies, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable in the industry however.

How would you improve General Data's culture?

I would start by running out the HR Manager who is extremely unethical and who is never in compliance with anything she does. Then things might actually come together!

How did you prepare for the General Data interview?

Just researched the company and their locations.

How does your compensation at General Data compare to the industry average?

Compensation is great if your upper management but good luck getting there.

What's the diversity at General Data like?

It’s awful because they portray themselves to be an upstanding, ethical company and in some aspects they are. It’s just the higher iOS that aren’t so much. It’s sad really.

What brings you the most joy at General Data?

Feeling fulfilled at the end of the day and knowing that I helped someone better themselves that day.
