The Flight Test Instrumentation Technician will install, maintain and troubleshoot various types of instrumentation. Those types may include transducers, thermocouples, wiring and data recording equipment in an experimental aircraft for flight tests according to engineering specifications. You will work in a team environment to conduct jet engine flight testing in accordance with established flight test principles to achieve safe flight operations. Test Cell Control Room Experience Experience with WinXA, FTS, Console, APEX, IADS, Pressure Systems, electrical and/or instrumentation experience. Jet Engine Testing experience. Ability and willingness to work flexible and off-shift hours (including 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, nights, weekends, and holidays) when business needs dictate. Ability and willingness to travel to and support operations at offsite locations when business needs dictate. An active or current U.S. DOD Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs. Must be open, willing, and able to successfully to complete additional security screening as required. #LI-TJ1 The Salary Range for this position is 90,000 - 130,000.00 - 151,300.00. The Specific Salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
