The Catering Attendant & Server supports our mission and values by assisting in the successful operation of venue and catered events. The Catering Attendant & Server primary responsibilities will include: Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with customers and co-workers to ensure a successful event. Be pleasant and alert to customers' needs. Work as a "team" to ensure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer. Prepare products quickly and accurately, while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines. Assemble and deliver food and beverages to customers quickly and efficiently. Operate and maintain food/drink/treat related equipment properly and safely. Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of venue & catered events. Stock and execute proper rotation of products. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar and dining area including tables, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas. Set up tables, chairs, linens, food displays, following guidelines provided by Bistro Supervisor Bus Tables, wash dishes, shine silver, fold napkins as needed. Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the supervisor. Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisor. What is required in this position? Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Food service experience preferred.
