This role will be in-person located in our TCH location: RGV Key Responsibilities: Take food and beverage orders from players at their tables with accuracy and efficiency. Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure timely preparation. Deliver food and beverages to players promptly and professionally, maintaining a clean and pleasant presentation. Refill beverages and address any special requests with a positive attitude. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu and addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring proper table set-up and bussing after use. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow and provide excellent teamwork. Follow all Texas Card House food safety and sanitation procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
