SET THE COURSE The Food and Beverage Host serves as the first point of contact for guests in dining areas, setting the tone for a welcoming and seamless dining experience. The role may be asked to clear tables, assist with table service and assist with set up/close prep work as time permits. Possess knowledge of all food and beverage menus. Monitor/stock restroom supplies and maintain restroom cleanliness. Work as a team with restaurant staff by assisting in other areas of the restaurant as directed by management to ensure smooth operations i.e. clearing and setting tables.
