Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Oversee and assist in maintaining cleanliness of outlet. * Ensure coverage of the entrance, greeting arriving guests and thanking those that are leaving. * Assist with special event set-up, such as skirting buffet or inserting menu cards. * Check reservations in book and assign table numbers.
