Maintain cleanliness and organization of host station, ensuring all menus are properly stocked and clean, restock supplies as necessary
Respond to customer complaints and bring any issues to the attention of the manager
Thank guests as the leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service of they experienced, express hope that they will return to BWW in the future

Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and high degree of emotional intelligence in order to recognize and solve problems that come with the position
Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment

The Host contributes to the household part in providing packing, pressing, and valet, door, bell service and porter services.
Major responsibilities
Dining Host will do everything to please all five senses of the guests. Attention to detail, personalized service, speed and efficiency will be the tools to achieve the performance expected from this position.
Introduce self and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Be attentive to the needs of all guests in the function room and provide them with dependable, punctual and enthusiastic service.
Arrive on schedule following proper payroll and uniform procedures.
