Your contribution

What you will do

Oversees the daily operation of the CCTV operator and ensures all data entry and reports are kept in accordance with divisional policy.
Responsible for the issuing of all trailer seals for store deliveries, back-hauls and shuttles from the various warehouse facilities, all gate and tractor trailer release passes, as well as time stamps and receiving stickers.
Maintains that all Asset Protection emergency equipment is kept in a state of preparedness to meet any given situation.
Coordinates visitor protocol all Wakefern Divisions and facilities.
Has the responsibility to familiarize themselves with the shipping and receiving procedures with all product divisions, also completing receiving and seal audits as needed.
Responsible for Access Control and the issuing of the access cards and maintaining the integrity of the access control platform.

This position performs a variety of routine, complex, and technical duties in a variety of functional areas including employee benefits, recruiting, records management, and new hire orientation. This position also serves as the first point of contact for employees and performs clerical and administrative duties to contribute to efficient office operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist with administrative tasks such as keeping employee records up-to-date.
Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires to help them get acquainted with the company.
Manage employee benefits.
Act as a point of contact for employees on matters such as PTO or benefits.
Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
Brainstorm and implement ideas to improve how we support our employees.
Plan and participate in employee engagement and philanthropic activities.
