Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Mining Engineer Co-Op/Intern
Where will you work:
Four Corners Facility at 11200 R 37 South. Bradley, FL and/or South Fort Meade Facility at 5880 Manley Road. Fort Meade, FL 33841.

What you'll do?
Day to day work assignments could include:
* Assignments will involve learning all aspects of working at a site including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Mapping and more.
* Communicate with various levels of personnel throughout the organization, including management, mine operators, engineers (of various disciplines), lab personnel, and contractors
* Participation in department meetings and meetings specific to the project assignment
* Adhering to Mosaic's mission, guiding principles and priorities, and key competencies
What you'll need:
* Sophomore level by May 2026 or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
* 2.75 GPA or higher
* 1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is preferred.
* Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.
* Ability to work full time and be a student in standing at the time of the co-op/internship
* Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete the following: Post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening, background check, physical, functional capacity examination.
* Basic computer skills are required.
* Experience working in a team environment is a must.
* Familiarity with an industrial environment is highly desirable.
* Effective verbal communication skills is a plus.
* Physical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environments.
