This may include some evenings and/or weekends. * Assist students in making meaningful occupational choices. * Schedule and supervise the busing of the eighth graders to and from their districts to CCTS. * Tour individuals as needed at both campuses. * Supervise the lunch coverage and/or meals for the students visiting. * Confirm appointments for students touring, testing, and auditioning. * Test or assist in testing applicants and our current students as needed during the day and/or evening. * Assist in Admissions Office obtaining records, contacting parents, etc., as needed. * Assist the Admissions Office with deliveries, set up for school events, mailings, etc., whenever needed on both the Gloucester Township and Pennsauken campuses. * Maintain confidentiality regarding students' Information. * Perform other duties as assigned.
