Job Title: Help Desk Specialist (Full Time) Job Description We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to handle end-user support and issue resolution under the supervision of IT leadership. In addition to direct end-user support, this role will assist with printer maintenance, user hardware and software provisioning, and user onboarding and offboarding.
