**Job Summary:**

Provide local client IT support for the North Falmouth and Marion locations, install hardware, perform hardware refreshes, and manage break-fix of hardware. Perform system administration at the site level as needed.

+ Respond to all tickets assigned to the site's deskside support group and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
+ Research and utilize necessary resources to troubleshoot new problems while escalating those unable to be resolved
+ Record and track interactions with end-users and related activities in the service desk tool

+ PC configuration and troubleshooting - OS, hardware, and software
+ PC maintenance/preventative maintenance
+ PC replacement (tech refresh)
+ Network cabling activities, where applicable
+ Printer installation, networking, configuration and troubleshooting
+ New user setup on Active Directory network
+ Support for client applications
+ Troubleshooting phone issues that Service Desk cannot resolve and escalates to local support
+ Support for peripherals such as monitors, scanners, external hard disks, USB devices, keyboards, mice, etc.
+ Maintain department loaner equipment and administer checkout process
+ Review and record daily event logs
+ Call software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products
+ Support equipment used in conference rooms and auditorium
+ Provide IT support for all local systems/applications
+ Perform project work as directed

The Commercial Excellence team works in partnership with functional areas across the organization to deliver digital capabilities that maximize profitable revenue growth, improve customer and product margins and reduce overall costs to serve customers. Our Intern Program is inclusive to all our US sites and is designed to give each intern a concentrated view of what it is like to be an engineer at Sensata.
Internship projects vary from year to year and are based on current business needs at the time of the internship. Specific details will be provided prior to your start date, but all projects are technical and require a sound understanding of engineering principles.
AI/ML Interns will be focused on building the Data pipelines and RAG applications to support the organization's Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Roadmap. This role requires good understanding of coding techniques in Python, SQL and Cloud technologies.
# Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in design and implementing AI/ML models using Python.
+ Support the development and testing of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
+ Help Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Azure.
+ Research and provide multiple path of solutions.

About The Navy's Advanced Electronics / Computer Field (AECF) offers extensive training in electronics, computer systems, radar, communications, and weapons fire control systems, including the Navy's advanced missile systems and Aegis radar. These technicians are essential to the ship's Combat Systems department, ensuring readiness for combat operations across the fleet.
Responsibilities
As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may:
Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment.
Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems.

Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Technology, the Information Technology (IT) Specialist will support the municipality's technology infrastructure, with a specialized focus on emergency communications systems. The IT Specialist ensures that all technology platforms - including public safety communications, 9-1-1 systems, dispatch applications, and municipal IT networks - operate securely, reliably, and efficiently. The IT Specialist will collaborate closely with police, fire, emergency management, and other municipal departments to maintain mission-critical services that protect public safety and ensure continuity of operations. The regular schedule of the IT Specialist is 8am-4pm. However, the IT Specialist will be required to respond after regular hours to emergencies related to the communications system or for other scheduled maintenance. For this reason, there will be a degree of flexibility in the schedule of the IT Specialist.

Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot public safety communications technologies, including 9-1-1 call systems, CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch), radio networks, and interoperability platforms.

Provide on-call support during emergencies, disasters, and large-scale incidents.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Experience in public safety communications or municipal IT.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or A+ and Network+ Certification or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
3-5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or as an IT Specialist.
Must pass a test of technical professional knowledge to proceed to oral exam.
Must pass a public safety background check (BCI).
