Your responsibilities will also include testing new equipment, detecting malfunctions, repairing machines, keeping records of service calls and parts used, maintaining inventory, and completing necessary paperwork for billing manufacturers for services provided as well as warranty work. You will also help determine service call and installation priorities. Service and maintain business equipment such as: warewash equipment, dish machines, floor care and carpet care equipment.
