The candidate's responsibilities also include the following. lead the development of system modifications to support the interface with the Division of Child and Family Services; Child Support System, PACSS and CAPSS Lead the development of bi-directional interfaces with the department of health and human services, Department of Education, Department of Mental Health that meet state and federal requirements. Assist with ongoing maintenance and operations of the child and adult protective services system and all sub systems. assist in the planning and system design to implement the new CCWIS and AFCARS federal requirements. Lead the development and implementation of CAPSS changes of the Michelle H. settlement agreement. Assist with the development and support for Families First Preventive Services Act (FFPSA) Develop data files for federal reporting, state reporting and ad hoc requests. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and Modify VB/ASP.net and C# code that accesses a MS SQL 2019 Databases REQUIRED SKILLS: • 10+ years of experience independently designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems and components using .Net architectures. • 8+ years' experience developing data-driven applications utilizing SQL as part of the overall application architecture. • 8+ years' experience building Windows/webbased software systems, utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations. • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft operating systems and at least two application, database, messaging, or web server systems (MS Server, Team Foundation Server, Visual).     Relevant Experience (Years): 5-8 Years **Technical/Functional Skills:** + Experience in designing & developing automation solutions using UiPath **Experience required.** + A Professional Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology + Must have 4+ years of proven development experience working on live projects in UiPath + Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and other UiPath components + Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Java or Python is desired + Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment + Hands-on experience in writing Oracle PL/SQL scripting for reporting requirements + Must have certification in UiPath + Experience in working with Healthcare domain is a plus + Experience in working with JIRA and Kanban board + Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space **Roles & Responsibilities:** + Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for automation projects + Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio + Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects + Set up the UiPath environment and install, configure and maintain Splunk and other logging tools to meet organization needs. + Monitor RPA processes running on cloud platforms Azure and AWS and ensure their smooth operation + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes in a timely manner + Assist in deployment of new UiPath RPA processes in Orchestrator and updates to existing ones. + Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns + Maintain documentation for RPA support activities, including incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals + Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in UiPath and associated tools/technologies + Monitor application performance and implement performance improvements as needed + Assist with application upgrades, patches and maintenance activities. **Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.** Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
