The Counselor in Training (CIT) position is for candidates who are 15 years or older who have an interest working with children in a camp setting but may not have any prior work experience or meet the minimum requirements of the Camp Counselor position. Under the direction of the camp Leadership Team, CIT'S provide leadership and guidance to campers through a variety of games, crafts, sports, outdoor exploration and other activities. Temporary Description Cabin Counselors are responsible for the supervision of 8-10 campers between the ages of 8-17 years old alongside volunteers.
